The DEWALT 18V XR Brushless Oscillating Multitool has been constructed with a brushless motor which is engineered for heavy duty tasks such as cutting in drywall or skirting, clean grout removal, as well as cutting and sanding a range of materials. The 300W brushless motor in the DCS355N delivers up to 57% more run time over brushed motors for longer tool life, it delivers 0-20,000 oscillations per minute to ensure faster completion of the most demanding tasks. For the ultimate control and adjustment of speed during use the DEWALT 18V XR Brushless Oscillating Multitool has a dual-grip variable speed trigger and a bright LED light to illuminate the work surface for accurate cutting when working in darker spaces. To reduce down time the DCS355N also has a quick change accessory system allowing blades and attachments to be changed quickly and easily without tools, for ultimate versatility the DCS355N is supplied with a 29 piece cutting and sanding accessory set. The DCS355N is not supplied with a battery and is compatible with the XR battery system.
